Australian native produce

Also known as "bush tucker". This is the foodstuffs eaten by the original inhabitants of the Australian continent, with the knowledge generously passed on to the European settlers (those who would listen) as they arrived.

While occasionally unusual, the fruits, vegetables, salad leaves, herbs, and spices that grow here naturally aren't so different to the Northern Hemisphere varieties that they deserve to be shunned from the modern Australian table and garden.

Bent Shed Produce aims to specialise in the produce that will grow in our cool temperate climate. This list, therefore, is by no means comprehensive; it's a summary of the plants and flavours we grow and sell.

Please use the links on the left-hand side to explore some of our produce.
