This is a sugar mix made from roasted and ground wattleseed blended with sugar.
It's designed to be used wherever you may use sugar in baking. The warm coffee/chocolate/hazelnut flavour and scent of the wattleseed will through your baking and give it a distinctively different flavour.
Use wattle sugar in:
- Wattle bikkies
- Wattleseed ANZACs (or oat biscuits)
- Sweet breads
- Cooked into pancakes
